These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in all courses, programs, and workshops offered by Next Gen Learning (“NGL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including live faculty-led sessions, AI-tutored tutorials, and any learning experiences delivered via our platform or technology partners.
By enrolling in or participating in any NGL offering, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1. Participation and Eligibility
NGL’s programs are designed for professional and adult learners. By participating, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are participating in your own capacity or as a designated representative of your organization.
- All information provided in your application or registration is accurate and complete.
2. Access to Learning Materials
Your access to course content (including AI tutorials, session recordings, and faculty materials) is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing NGL materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Access to content may be time-limited and subject to expiration as outlined in the course information.
3. AI Tutoring and Learning Systems
NGL programs may include AI-generated responses, transcripts, and interactive sessions to support learning. While designed to enhance education, AI tutors do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. AI tutoring may process anonymized data to personalize your experience. 4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, AI content, and platform features are the intellectual property of NGL or our licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials for any commercial or public use.
- Use content to train other AI models or platforms.
- Reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate AI systems or content.
5. Fees and Payment
Program fees (where applicable) are payable in full prior to the start of the course unless otherwise stated. Refund policies will be communicated during registration. In general, refunds are not available after program access has been granted. Any third-party payment provider used by NGL will operate under its own terms of service and data protection policies.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally. By joining an NGL course, you agree to:
- Participate constructively in group sessions, discussions, and peer interactions.
- Avoid any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
- Respect the confidentiality and diversity of ideas shared during the program.
We reserve the right to remove or block participants who violate this code of conduct, without refund.
7. Session Recordings and Data Use
Certain sessions may be recorded or transcribed by AI for educational and research purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Recordings may include your voice or comments, but identifying details will be anonymized where possible.
- You may request removal of specific personal contributions by contacting info@nxgl.ai.
- These materials may be retained for internal use, learning improvement, or anonymized research.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NGL and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from:
- Technical issues with the platform or AI systems.
- Participant reliance on course materials or AI outputs.
- Actions taken based on any educational content or faculty guidance.
- All programs are provided “as-is” for educational purposes only.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through our website. Continued participation in any course after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
